The queen room had a nice new bathroom, and the bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and the hotel was conveniently close to a Catholic church.

I stayed the hotel for 2 nights with my wife and 2 young children.We stayed in a triple room with very basic aminities - only luxuary was a wall mounted19-20 inch flat screen TV with 20+ channels. The room and toilet was seen clean but there was no kettle or drinking water available in our room. The location was good as the Hotel was not so far from the Grotto. A very basic hotel for one or two nights, but the next time we would stay somewhere else ! Thanks

Excellent and clean property with nice service and good value. Big building and rooms with new wc. Good and excellent location just next door to restaurants and bus stops, shopping area and the sanctuary, only 5 minutes walk from a byzantine-style church.

This place is in a great location near the main attractions, including the restaurant close to the Sanctuary, and various dining options, making it a top pick for my next visit.

The location and the fact that the staff was very helpful and spoke several languages:french, english,spanish.

The internet did not work as expected, unable to connect in the room in the morning - they run out of everything for breakfast and they did not replenish enough quantity for everyone having breakfast that morning.

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was for what we paid. Jacuzzi was nice too. And only 5 minutes walking to the basilica.
